I have over 8 years of experience working with adults, teenagers, LGBTQ clients, families, and couples as an Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and have helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. My approach is eclectic and tailored to each individual's unique needs.

I offer individual sessions , couples sessions, and family sessions. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I am a Level 1 TEAM-CBT clinician and have started training in Relational Life Therapy.
